The Culture and Diversity Foundation : cultural programs which aim to increase equal opportunity and social cohesion for young people in the Ile-de-France (IdF) region.

The Culture and Diversity Foundation, a foundation created by the company FIMALAC, began its work at the beginning of the 2006 school year. It develops cultural and artistic programs which promote equal opportunity, social links and opportunities for higher education, for young people in the IdF region who are being educated in officially designated "priority establishments". Partnerships with the theatre du Rond-Point, under Jean-Michel Ribes, the association La Source, created and presided by Gérard Garouste and the Ecole du Louvre directed by Philippe Durey, allow these students to discover various art forms and their cultural heritage.
