The Association des Musées Méconnus de la Méditerranée (The Association of the Misknown Museums of the Mediterranean sea)

This Association was created in 2010 in order to help construct a more harmonious society between countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea by promoting cultural dialogue.

By supporting exceptionnal museums sometimes only known by specialists, the Association which benefits from the patronage of the UNESCO whishes to contribute to the understanding of the different cultures. This constitutes the richness of the peoples around the Mediterranean and aim to a better mutual perception.
